Shipping and returns

Terms and conditions of shipping and returns

Shipments may cover only the places and nations provided within the site. To purchase requests from countries not listed at the time of purchase, please send an email to Customer Care (sales@giorgettigioielleria.com).

TRANSPORT CONDITIONS

Shipments to non-European Union member countries are subject to customs duties, import and local taxes according to the laws in force in the country of residence. There are two types of shipments to these countries: DDP (customs taxes paid) or DDU (unpaid customs taxes).

All shipments to non-EEC member countries are currently DDU: the amount owed by the customer at the check-out, does not include import duties and other taxes such as VAT.

The VAT does not apply to customers who reside in non-EU countries.

PRICES AND TIME OF DELIVERY

Orders will be processed as quickly as possible as soon as the payment is authorized and articles are available. Orders are processed from Monday to Friday at the following times: 9:00 to 17:30. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed from the following Monday morning. Finally, orders placed on a public holiday will be processed the next business day.

Delivery times may vary depending on the time the order received.

  • Italy: the delivery is scheduled within 24-48 hours of shipment.
  • Europe: Delivery is expected within 3-5 working days.
  • United States, Canada, Japan delivery is scheduled within 3-5 working days.
  • Rest of the world: the delivery is expected within 3-7 working days depending on the country of destination.
  • RUSSIA: the destination customs authorities have recently established special restrictions on imports and, consequently, all shipments to private individuals are subject to special inspection procedures reflected in a greater number of customs and prolonged delivery companies. The products are usually delivered within 30 days from date of shipment.

The times indicated refer to shipments to major cities. Any delays in delivery must be promptly disclosed to our customer service. The customer is asked to provide a valid address for the delivery of goods during delivery hours.

In any case, these hours are indicative: the order confirmation email will include a more accurate estimate of delivery times depending on the destination country.

The shipping costs are calculated at the hotel according to the purchase value, the packet size, and country of destination. promotional costs or costs related to the purchase of incentive initiatives shipping costs can sometimes be applied: For more information about these rates, consult the promotional banners and their closed communications.

Free transportation is offered worldwide for purchases over a certain amount.

SHIPPING STATUS

At the time of shipment, the consumer, if he requests, receive an e-mailed statement specifying the number of transport identification that can be monitored on the chosen carrier’s website.

Returns

The exercise of the right of withdrawal for our client is extremely simple: just take a single RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) by our customer service within 14 days of receipt of the shipment containing the items to be returned.

The conditions made are described in the sales conditions. After receiving the RMA number, you must return the goods by writing the RMA number on the label of made or otherwise identify it uniquely.
